Second 100 days Campaign – Saksham Niveshak
The IEPFA & MCA has via its intimation dated March 27, 2026 requested the companies to initiate a second 100 days campaign “Saksham Niveshak”, to reach out to shareholders whose dividend remain unpaid/unclaimed. In line with this initiative and even prior to the issuance of this intimation – Maheshwari Logistics Limited (the Company) had already taken various proactive steps to assist shareholders by organising “100 Days Saksham Niveshak” from July 28, 2025 to November 06, 2025 in claiming their unpaid/unclaimed dividends. Shareholders are requested to update their KYC details (viz., PAN Number, Bank Account Details, Email ID, Contact Details, Address and Signature etc.) with the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company i.e. Bigshare Services Private Limited, as Shareholder(s) whose folio(s) are not updated with aforesaid documents/details, their amounts of dividend will be withheld and only upon updating the required details they shall be eligible to receive any payments including dividend in respect of such folios, only through electronic mode, effective from April 1, 2024. In view of above, Shareholders are requested to send the details as per the formats specified below along with the self-attested supporting documents:
